Give a Hatchways evaluator a no-login, no-meeting path for validating the current Agentic Mode proof packet in order.

## Review Order

1. Start with the sample reviewer packet.

2. Open the sample manifest.

## Stop If

- Reviewer cannot make sense of the sample packet within 10 minutes.
- Hatchways requires a real GitHub App before inspecting the fallback adapter.
- The buyer needs proctoring, locked browser, or screen recording as the primary value proposition.

## Current Blockers

- The real GitHub App still requires account-level creation and GITHUB_APP_INSTALL_URL deployment configuration.
- Until that app exists, GitHub Actions remains the verified fallback adapter.
