The live sample packet shows a repo task, Fly Machine VM context, Claude JSONL export capture, git diff evidence, hidden test grading, reviewer analysis, and a copy/paste reviewer note.

Same repo flow
Candidates still work in a repo-based assessment. The adapter records PR metadata, test output, diffs, commit SHA, and packaged Claude JSONL sessions.
Standardized agentic workspace
Each candidate uses the same provisioned VM, Claude/Codex recorder wrappers, task packet, and finish checklist — instead of uncontrolled outside tooling.
Reviewer-ready packet
Reviewers see transcript counts, hidden-test results, AI fluency analysis with quoted reasoning moments, anomaly flags, git snapshots, and an ATS-ready note.
Integration path
Use /github-action.yml in candidate repos to POST PR, diff, test, and session-export evidence.
Assessment teams create a candidate session and give applicants the signed HotTea workspace URL.
Human reviewers use the generated note, hidden-test summary, and transcript replay as an additional review layer.
